Re Recent Purchase of Haven Arbour Many thanks, arrived on specified day , very early, so I got a good start ! It took 2 days to paint with Cuprinol shades and a day to erect and a day to erect. The instructions were very comprehensive and I would thoroughly recommend the arbour as an attractive feature for the garden. Dear Ben, Just dropping you a line to say a belated thank you to yourself and the team at gardeners world. From transport to delivery and construction everyone was friendly, cooperative and professional. You have a very good team of people. The final product - the lodge - was more than satisfactory. The timber was clean and well finished and went together beautifully. The double glazed units and door and window fittings were so much better than I anticipated. Another chap who regularly constructs really expensive big lodges said he has seen these fittings on much more expensive cabins! It arrived yesterday Wed 31-5, & I promptly assembled it, ok, it took me circa 50- -60 mins(despite my advanced years & 5 feet height I did not find it at all difficult to assemble), I think my husband felt slightly miffed that I sent him away & did not request his help!

It has to-day started working for me! I am looking forward to a slightly tidier patio without compost bags!

Hello Gardener’s World!

I’d just like to email my customer feedback. Nowhere do you invite this on your website but I thought I must say a big THANK YOU to Gardener’s World for complying with everything promised.

I ordered an Artemis Arbour from you in June. I received 2 emails confirming the order followed by a letter through the post from the actual supplier with the promise of delivery within 4 weeks. When the initial contact suggested I may have to wait longer I started having doubts about the legitimacy of the company. I saw all the 5 star ratings and wondered if it was genuine. You know what its like with internet shopping sometimes!

Well I needn’t have worried. I phoned Edinburgh and was assured my order was about to be dispatched and I’d get a call from the carrier which I did. Even the carriers were very efficient and phoned me to double check the whereabouts of a message I’d been asked to put on my wheelie bin where the arbour was to be deposited.

So all in all – I’m delighted with your service – oh, and the arbour is great. Everything was included and it was easy to put together.
