Q. |
Could I ask is the roof waterproof ie is there a membrane underneath the willow exterior? |
| |
|
| |
A. |
Hi Graham,
The willow gazebo is willow only, no membrane at all and therefore not waterproof, there will be gaps in the weave.

Q. |
I should be grateful if you would advise of delivery charges to Northern Ireland as I am considering purchasing the willow gazebo |
| |
|
| |
A. |
Hi Marilyn,
Our apologies, in this case I don't think we can ship to Northern Ireland. Do you have a mainland UK address we could ship to, and then move it on from there perhaps? Sorry for the inconvenience.

Q. |
Is it treated? Does it need to be brought in over winter? |
| |
|
| |
A. |
Willow gazebo is untreated. The lifespan of the product would be improved if kept inside over winter and during spells of bad weather |

Q. |
Could you treat the willow to help to preserve its life . |
| |
|
| |
A. |
Hi Ann,
No reason why not, except for the practicality of it. With it being open weave it would be difficult to paint on, maybe spraying would be more practical.

Hi,
The overall size of the willow gazebo is 7’ 2 x 8’ 3 X 8’ 6 [d x w x h].
The product comes with metal pegs to push in to the ground so we do suggest the gazebo is secured down..
The gazebo is open weave.

Q. |
Do i need to put wood preserver on it? |
| |
|
| |
A. |
Hi Mrs Caines,
Regarding the willow gazebo, you don't need to preserve it, but you can if you wish to prolong its life that little bit more. If you are treating it, it would be more practical to spray the treatment on the gazebo, due to the weaving material.
Hope this answer helps?

Q. |
If I buy the floor does the gazebo sit on top of the flooring or is the flooring just infill? Thanks |
| |
|
| |
A. |
Hi Mike
Many thanks for your question.
The flooring will simply place inside your gazebo, however this can attach to the uprights to make it more secure.
Were you looking to buy your gazebo today?

Q. |
Can you secure the gazebo to a paved base? Thank you |
| |
|
| |
A. |
Hi Kenny,
Yes, but you would need to purchase concrete anchors to secure the bast of the gazebo to the slabs. Do you have such ground anchors? They can be purchased from most garden centres or hardware stores easily enough.
